Upon graduation from high school, he served eight years on both active and reserve duty for the U.S. Navy, he was honorably discharged in June 1992.
In 1997, he graduated from Assumption College in Worcester, Massachusetts with a B.S. in liberal studies a major in humanities, and a minor in paralegal studies.
He then attended and graduated from Western New England College School of Law, in 2001.
I moved to Arizona in July 2003, and sat for and passed the July 2003 Arizona State Bar examination. Over the next eighteen months, Marc’s primary practice was in construction law, real estate law, homeowners’ association law, probate matters and drafting wills and trusts.
Marc opened his own law firm in January 2006. He decided to focus his practice on estate planning and business law. He is a knowledgeable and dedicated attorney with an accumulation of over thirty one years of business experience, twenty four years of legal training and practice.
Ideal clients for me are those individuals or groups looking to start their own business or have been in business but are not sure if they are protected if litigation were filed against them.
In addition, over the age of 18 who are interested in starting their estate plan and ensuring they have the documents in place to protect them from costly fees and expenses of filing guardianships, conservatorships and probate actions.
